Caitlin Krause is a globally recognized leadership and learning expert, author, and keynote speaker. In her Mindful by Design methodology and through her organizational consulting, she helps individual leaders and teams leverage mindfulness, storytelling, and design principles to connect more deeply with their audiences and communities.
As founder of the MindWise consultancy and a virtual reality and artificial intelligence specialist, Caitlin contributes to building products and experiences that promote innovation and emotional intelligence. She speaks worldwide and leads extensive remote professional development and learning workshops. She recently authored the chapter about The Importance of Presence as part of the XR Collaboration Global Resource Guide, unveiled at AWE 2020.
Caitlin has more than two decades of experience as a mentor, educator and designer, promoting mindful leadership models throughout organizations. She teaches at Stanford University about mindful, transformative technology and building healthy relationships. She holds a BA from Duke University and an MFA from Lesley University, and believes in embracing creative constraints, living a life filled with moments of wonder, and connecting with passion, purpose, and presence.
